I've always wanted to do a video on my
0:02
car and I've never done it in all the
0:03
years that I've owned this but this is
0:05
my 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray called the
0:09
carbon fiber Edition Stingray this is a
0:12
manual transmission it has z51 track
0:16
package Magnetic Ride it is fully loaded
0:18
I'm going to take you around the car so
0:20
you can see exactly what's going on
0:22
first of all everything is carbon fiber
0:24
everything that was either black or
0:26
Black Metallic has now been replaced
0:28
with carbon so the vents and the
0:31
stingray is done in carbon as you can
0:33
see here the side skirt is done in
0:36
carbon fiber I've also added the Z06 and
0:41
Grand Sport vent this is not functional
0:44
but it looks great and especially with
0:47
these wheels these wheels are
0:49
aftermarket wheels very lamborghini-like
0:51
it's from XO luxury and they're called
0:54
Verona they're an inch wider however the
0:57
rubber is OEM size so it gives it a much
1:00
more aggressive look and stands as a
1:03
matter of fact you can see here that the
1:05
wheels and tires stick out from the
1:07
wheel well which is very very aggressive
1:08
also I've got a cover for these intakes
1:11
here on the side of the car and these
1:13
intakes are functional one goes to I
1:16
think cooling the brakes and the other
1:19
side goes to maybe cooling the
1:23
transmission
1:24
so anyway let me take you around here
1:26
also we've got some extra carbon fiber
1:29
bits that go into the rear diffuser and
1:33
the lower rear fascia which is also done
1:35
in carbon fiber
1:38
moving around here is the top and the
1:41
Halo as you can see these are wrapped
1:43
this is not real carbon however the The
1:48
Roof Is Real carbon fiber it's only 16
1:51
pounds but I've had these wrapped and
1:55
the roof fits inside the trunk and hatch
1:57
area and stoves and you have a
2:00
convertible
2:03
take you around here
2:05
I've added the American flag here A La
2:08
Ferrari and Lamborghini and Pagani which
2:10
is a nice little touch
2:13
also the side markers I'll turn these on
2:16
here in a little bit but the side
2:17
markers are full side markers when
2:19
Chevrolet came out with these they only
2:21
had two LEDs both front and back are now
2:25
full LEDs so it goes through the entire
2:28
bar there as you can see here the the
2:31
front splitter is done in carbon fiber
2:35
and I've added a Z06 Grill
2:38
and the Z06 Grille is also done in
2:41
carbon fiber
2:43
I've trimmed this in red with automotive
2:46
pinstriping
2:48
and it looks really really good
2:50
as you can see also the cross flags are
2:53
done in carbon fiber
2:55
the hood vent the Bonnet vent is done in
2:59
carbon fiber
3:02
another good shot of the
3:04
EXO Luxury Wheels the vent
3:08
also the stingray
3:10
and the side skirts
3:14
here is the vent
3:16
for the Z06 Grand Sport sights side
3:19
vents
3:22
along with this vent here
3:26
now to the interior of the car we have
3:28
20 tint on the windows but as you can
3:31
see I paid attention to detail and done
3:33
some of these speaker vents also the
3:36
kick plate on the door is done in carbon
3:38
fiber if you look here also that switch
3:42
is done in carbon and all the window
3:45
switches are done in carbon fiber
3:48
when you walk in the door sill plate is
3:51
trimmed in carbon fiber which is really
3:53
a nice extra and if you look at the
3:57
I don't know what you call this the the
3:59
crossover here this is also done in
4:01
carbon fiber you will never see another
4:03
car with this carbon fiber going all the
4:06
way up right before you hit your seat
4:09
you have seats this
4:10
this completely done in carbon fiber as
4:12
in like Ferrari and Lamborghini there's
4:15
all the switches even the switches are
4:17
done in carbon but the bolster also the
4:20
the seat
4:21
lock up here is the airbag cover and the
4:26
piece to resistance the seat backs are
4:29
all done in carbon fiber
4:32
even the seat belt guide is done in
4:34
carbon
4:36
going inside the car
4:42
the dash is an oem Dash so this is a
4:45
General Motors Dash
4:47
for the car
4:48
but I've added a lot of extras like the
4:51
red carbon fiber start stop button
4:54
also the center console is done in
4:57
carbon fiber I even had special made
4:58
this the badge that goes on the car that
5:01
says carbon fiber Edition
5:03
as you can see also the stick shift knob
5:07
is done in carbon
5:08
the center console
5:11
and
5:12
the waterfall
5:14
this is a nice little extra I added I
5:16
added a cross flag back here a la the
5:18
convertible I figured that if the
5:21
convertible can have the cross Flags
5:23
right behind that waterfall we can too
5:26
also the grab handle is done in carbon
5:28
fiber
5:29
and the Yoke over here on the passenger
5:32
seat is all done in carbon and it spills
5:35
over to the door here as you can see the
5:37
door handle and the door switches are
5:40
also done in carbon fiber and the base
5:42
plate is done in carbon fiber
5:47
nice little thing here and I don't know
5:49
if a lot of owners know this but if you
5:51
push this button it has a little hidden
5:53
cubby
6:03
I've also added a little tray here so it
6:06
makes it a two-tier cubby
6:11
also right underneath where your rear
6:15
view mirror is
6:18
done in carbon fiber as well
6:20
I haven't missed a whole lot
6:24
even the glove box button is done in
6:26
carbon fiber okay here's the engine bay
6:29
for the carbon fiber Edition Stingray
6:31
start with here the plenum cover in the
6:34
center is done in full carbon also the
6:37
fuel rails are done in red with also you
6:40
can see the carbon fiber stingrays in
6:43
there
6:45
going over here we've got the carbon
6:48
fiber windshield wipers and the
6:53
cover goes all the way across the engine
6:55
cowling
6:57
we've got covers there
7:01
in here as you can see on the air intake
7:04
that's done in carbon
7:06
the throttle body cover is done in
7:09
carbon
7:11
and coming over here
7:13
here is the hall Tech cold air intake
7:15
done in carbon fiber
7:17
also the cover for the the alternator
7:21
and different covers for different
7:23
things here
7:24
moving up as a matter of fact I'll even
7:27
show you little things that I've done
7:28
deep attention to detail so here are the
7:31
shocks for the
7:33
the engine cover
7:36
the engine cover or this was painted by
7:41
a guy here in the Kansas City area so it
7:43
says carbon fiber Edition on there also
7:47
carbon fiber Corvette logo when the
7:50
engine lid the engine hood is closed you
7:53
can see that as you're driving
7:55
okay here is the trunk area of the
7:57
Corvette as you can see the three pieces
8:00
here are all done in carbon fiber that's
8:02
the fender well for the wheels the back
8:05
plate and also the right side then if
8:08
you look a little closer you can see
8:10
that the seat backs are also done in
8:14
carbon fiber a La Ferrari it's pretty
8:17
cool then this is a stock Chevrolet mat
8:22
but I have added the cross Flags here as
8:24
well all right here's the back of the
8:26
car as you can see the lower rear fascia
8:28
is done in carbon fiber I also added the
8:31
diffuser fins a La Ferrari and
8:34
Lamborghini to give it a more exotic
8:36
European look and I've trimmed those in
8:39
red myself as a matter of fact with
8:40
automotive pinstriping here is the
8:43
surround for the brake lights
8:45
even the cross flags are done in carbon
8:48
fiber
8:49
the other one
8:51
and as a matter of fact if you go all
8:53
the way up here even the handle for the
8:57
hatch is done in carbon fiber here's a
8:59
good shot of the LED in the back and
9:01
here's a good shot of the LED in the
9:03
front
