2:51
guest on today's show provides us with a unique Corvette perspective he drove all eight generations of Corvette in one
2:58
single day his YouTube channel is called drive it out he has over 100 videos about all sorts of cars but today we're
3:05
going to focus on that multiple Corvette Driving Experience and he lives in the Kansas City area so he's actually in
3:11
studio with me for the show his name is Adam Moline Adam welcome to Corvette today thanks so much for having me Steve
3:18
it's honestly a pleasure to be here so excited I'm so excited to have you on buddy first of all tell everybody about
3:24
yourself where'd you grow up where'd you come from are you from a car family and and what do you do for a living so I'm
3:30
originally from the Kansas City area here I grew up in Kansas City I was born in St Luke's down on the Plaza and I was
3:36
here until I was 12. I was actually in Raytown South Middle School and when we moved I was 12 and we moved to Denver
3:42
Colorado for six years wow or six years or two Super Bowls I know it was a tough
3:47
time for Kansas City people but I lived in Denver for that time I graduated high school there and came back here immediately and got a job and went to
3:54
school and I'm back here in Kansas City and loving it perfect so talk about your YouTube channel buddy when did you start
4:00
it what's the theme and the idea for the channel and what do you want to do with the channel moving forward I was
4:05
actually able to start driving out three years ago I've always wanted to find a way to put my foot in the door in the automotive space in some way I'm just a
4:12
car guy I have been all my life I grew up that way you asked I had a car family my dad his first car was a 69 Camaro and
4:19
so when I became of age and I wanted a Camaro that helped me to be able to sway that into happening so just switched the
4:25
numbers around he had a 69 career I had a 96. wow and that was my first car I was very fortunate my mom came from a
4:31
family with a lot of cool cars she has many stories of Chevelles and all of that but always been a car guy wanted to
4:37
find a way to be in the automotive space but I haven't been so I got this job right out of high school when I was 18. I have a job that I still had today so
4:43
I've been there for 18 years I work for a small company that's in the aviation industry wow and I started just cleaning
4:49
machines and mopping floors and learned the trade and worked my way up and I'm currently quality manager and I've been
4:55
around a lot of helicopters mainly and airplanes all that stuff's great but cars are really I'm a car guy at heart I'm a people person cars are really much
5:03
more relatable for people so for years I feel like I've got to do something in a car industry to feed that side of me I
5:08
got to a point where I was like I got to put up or shut up with this I've got to do it at some point and so I finally said you know I'm going to start with a
5:15
YouTube channel see if that can get me jump started and where that goes and I told a few friends of mine and my friend John said you know I'd like to help you
5:21
out with that cool and I thought that is awesome I said I think I'm going to call it drive it out he said great well he's
5:27
actually my brother-in-law as well I call my friend because we were friends first long before we were in-laws but he's been my main camera guy ever since
5:34
and we started it drive it out we spell it all one word but it came from actually it's something I used to say to
5:40
my son who's now six years old but he loves Power Wheels you know driving the jeep and he has a power Corvette of
5:45
course nice when he's first learning he'd be in the yard and start going uphill and the battery bogs down a
5:51
little bit and so he would just take his foot off the gas I said no buddy you have to push through you have to drive it out keep the pedal down keep maintain
5:58
your momentum like you were if you were off-roading in a Jeep or something exactly maintain your momentum and
6:03
you'll get through you got to drive it out and so when it came to thinking of a name for my YouTube channel that just
6:08
kind of was in my head and that stuck that's perfect that really is now would you consider yourself a Corvette guy
6:14
we'll give you the idea for this video too oh through and through so really I would consider myself a car guy from a
6:21
very young age you know Hot Wheels are very much the first thing that we get into as kids but when I was 11 or 12 we
6:29
were coming home from somewhere we went through St Louis and my dad said would you like to go to the St Louis car museum I said absolutely let's get in
6:36
there and we went it was a weekday in the middle of the day so we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves and
6:41
they had everything you could imagine from car history you know model A's and I remember seeing lots of cars from the
6:46
40s and the 50s but there were some C3 Corvettes in there some stingrays that I just fell in love with I already knew
6:53
what they were and loved them I had many Hot Wheels at home but standing there and looking at it was just fantastic and
6:59
that was a day where I actually got to sit in a Lamborghini Countach wow a black 88 or 89 whatever toward the end
7:06
there yeah and there was nobody there so one of the curators at the Museum let me sit in I was just a kid fascinated with
7:12
it and he let me sit in and that was the experience but really when you get through the museum you get to the store at the end and what it fascinated me the
7:18
most was the Corvettes and I was like I got to go home with a Corvette model wow and so I chose a 69 Stingray red
7:24
convertible I took it home and I've been a Corvette guy ever sense I still have that model today I have about 50 more
7:31
most of which are Corvettes but that's really what started it was that visit to the museum amazing now you drove eight
7:38
generations of Corvette in one day talk about the logistics of getting all those cars coordinated getting them together
7:44
and getting the filming done in one day you know it was something that I joked about a little over a year ago with John
7:52
and then my other camera guy who helps out whenever we have big projects his name is coleblaze and I said what if we
7:57
could drive every single generation Corvette one day wouldn't that be something like how hard would that be to do we were just talking about it and I
8:03
was like nah that's biting off a little more than we can chew both me John and Cole we're very good friends we all have
8:09
wives we all work full-time and we all have two kids at home six and under so that's a big ask well I would kind of
8:15
mention it more over time and people started to say well hey I'd let you use my car and it just started kind of
8:22
coming together just by itself and I thought you know I'm sitting here and I think there's six of the eight cars here
8:27
that I'm know I could get wow we better try to do this and so I started making
8:33
phone calls for those two I couldn't have and you wouldn't believe it the hardest one to find as I sit here talking to you you have a great example
8:39
of a C7 the hardest one for me to get was a C7 really I couldn't manage to get
8:45
my hands on one first of all that was a base model I really wanted eight base models you know if anybody watches a
8:52
video they'll notice there's no z06s there's no ZR1 no Callaway or Lingenfelter anything not Sports no
8:57
Grand Sports I wanted bass cars because I really wanted to compare them from their base form sure and I had
9:03
opportunity for a Z06 C7 I had an opportunity for some others but I just
9:09
really wanted a base car and for some reason that luck would have it I had a hard time getting home but I finally did that was the last car I rounded up but
9:15
luckily I was friends with multiple people so I have my car which I mentioned the video which was the C6 and
9:21
I had stayed in touch with the guy who bought it from me about a year ago yeah and so it was easy to get that one but then my mom had her C5 black 2002 in the
9:29
video that was my mom's car and then the C2 belonged to a co-worker of mine he let me drive away from my wedding in
9:35
that car wow 16 17 years ago that was a dream come true for me Kansas City
9:41
January day to hit 60 degrees and drive away from my wedding in a 65 Corvette convertible with the top down amazing so
9:48
I had some of those I knew some other friends and and was able to round up a few others and it just worked out because it wasn't just about having
9:55
someone who had let me drive their car but it was do you want to come and sit somewhere on set for a whole day are you
10:00
okay with that I said we're going to provide food and you know a place to sit and some shade or Shelter From the
10:06
weather if it rains are you willing to come sit I said I'm sorry we can't afford to pay you much or anything like
10:11
that would I can offer you a meal and a t-shirt yeah but you know what that's what's great about Corvette people is if
10:17
they know they can go hang out with other Corvette people right they enjoy that it's part of that community that
10:22
the Corvette brings that's very unique to the brand into the car and that was really what I counted on for doing the
10:29
shoot and people were just excited that they could go sit somewhere and talk Corvettes all day that's amazing that's what we did it really worked out shoot
10:35
if I had known you back then you could to have my C7 stick manual I know it would have been perfect well it's Juiced
10:41
up with a Corsa Extreme Exhaust that doesn't matter it's all right it's a base Stingray so yes it would have been
10:46
great it would have been fantastic talk about the videography of everything I know it sounds like John did your
10:52
filming for you how did you get the video put together and everything so John and Cole John is my main guy but
10:58
Cole helps out when the projects get big Cole has a professional background in videography so he brings a lot of
11:03
expertise to a shoot of that nature they both filmed for me that day we actually were three guys if you include me we're
11:10
three guys four cameras and there were some points where we were trying to run all four at one time and it was very
11:16
challenging but we were able to get it done the definitely the challenge is you have eight cars you manage to have
11:22
decent weather that's good but I would be driving one car and need to leave another one for kind of beauty shots
11:29
you'll notice in the video we tried to get to different locations that were somewhat era specific to the car the
11:35
first generation cars in front of the old filling station and the c2s in front of that old sign from town top
11:40
hamburgers downtown so we try to do that but getting everything everywhere I often would take an owner with me when I
11:46
would have to drive talk about the car so that I could leave them there with coal to do Beauty shots while I hopped
11:52
in the next car and I would go drive by John for filming the flybys and all that and the whole time I'm trying to talk to
11:57
camera make sure I'm running the camera I need to in my car it was challenging but I knew the commitment from my guys
12:04
we would be able to do it but there are a lot of external factors you worry about weather can go wrong right you're
12:09
dealing with cars that are older maybe a car won't start so you worry about all these things it was very hot and humid
12:15
that day yeah and so you worry about a lot of external factors we've got eight cars parked by each other are people
12:21
going to come by and talk to us a lot and that's great we love that but it eats up time and all that and of course
12:26
you worry about you know I'm driving other people's cars you know I pray that no one hits me or getting a fender bender and you just feel that sense of
12:32
liability during the day absolutely but you have to push through it we're being careful full and we focus and I'm so
12:39
thankful to the owners and then my camera guys and my crew we got done and I looked at him and I said never again
12:45
because it was such a relief to be done I said if we do another car vehicle where we do all the generations of car
12:51
it needs to be something with two or three generations yeah because this was such a task but we really wanted the
12:56
tagline to be we did it in one day I could have filmed the one car a week for eight weeks or so on but I wanted to
13:02
feel the difference between each car to do it in one day was really what I was after that's a great premise it really
13:08
was let's take our first break Adam when we come back we'll talk more specifically about the video as well here on Corvette today we all know that

16:49
833-840-5334 I'm your host Steve Garrett with me today is Adam Moline Adam has got a great YouTube channel called drive
16:56
it out he drove eight Corvettes one of each generation in one day in this segment we're going to talk more about
17:02
that video Adam you had previously almost driven all eight generations of Corvette were there ones that you hadn't
17:09
driven prior to the video so I had been fortunate to drive every generation of Corvette except for a C1 to this point
17:16
being a Corvette fan for so many years I've been to the Corvette museum I believe four times now it's about a
17:23
seven hour drive it's almost exactly 500 miles from my house and so in our travels over the years we always will
17:28
route our way back through Bowling Green because I'm like I just I want to go see it again I want to see what they've got going on they have the exhibits that do
17:35
change over time and so the history has just kind of been ingrained in me and of course like for the years I got Corvette
17:41
books and would just sit and read it I was the kid in the back of the class where I take the textbook and I would
17:46
lean back in my chair and I would have the textbook up lean toward me and kind of resting on the edge of the desk so of
17:52
course I had the car magazine on the inside or the Corvette magazine whether it was Corvette fever or whatever it was at the time or vet or whatever it was I
17:59
was that kid in class that's funny and I was just that way but I had never had the opportunity to drive a scene one I
18:05
had multiple experiences driving the other Generations but when I was in high school I worked at a car wash in Denver
18:11
Colorado and it's funny it was one where they would bring the car to you and then you would drive it about 50 feet to put
18:17
it on the bay after you vacuumed it and the other end you drive it off and you detail it and sometimes we'd wax and
18:22
stuff like it so I got to quote Drive a lot of things I would tell people I've driven Corvettes during 911s you know
18:28
all this stuff but really it's only you're moving it 100 feet so do you call that driving I don't know but genuinely
18:34
I had driven all seven generations from C2 and forward to that point obviously I own the C6 I've driven multiple c5s I've
18:42
driven friend C4s friend c3s and then that C2 which was special to me and
18:47
drove on my wedding day I had driven that one and then recently I had driven the C8 from my friend Jim the C8 that's
18:54
in this video is one that we did a full review of at the beginning of the year on dc8 it's a 2022. very nice also Adam
19:01
you give a nice history and an overview of each generation talk about how you gathered all that information and
19:07
knowledge for the video certainly my history with the cars I just was so obsessed with Corvettes as a young child
19:12
you could ask my parents I just was always talking about Corvettes and I'd get to this point where my parents hey what do you want for your birthday and
19:19
my answer from like age 13 on was always a red Corvette red core I was just and it was just jokingly my answers I'm not
19:25
gonna have achieved my car ownership and life that I want until I own record I don't care what generation it is I don't
19:31
care what trim level it is I'm Vision myself in a red Corvette I was always looking at Corvette history but I wanted
19:38
this video to be less about the specs and the history and more about
19:43
highlighting that feel and the way that the car changes and evolves through the
19:49
70 years because that is kind of one of drive it out's goals is to get the viewer to understand from a field
19:55
perspective as much as they possibly can without video format without physically
20:00
being able to drive the car because they do feel different and the engineers that work on the car come each generation
20:05
they're looking at how does the car fit needs to feel better here or feel better there it's not just it needs to look
20:11
better here and the numbers need to be bigger better every time right it needs to feel better it needs to drive better
20:16
yeah and you definitely see a big shift when you go from C3 to C4 because it was such a massive change and you're not
20:23
body on frame anymore and I really wanted to focus on that so I have gotten many comments on the video since I think
20:28
as we sit here it has between three and four thousand views and YouTube commenters If you're not living your life right they'll tell you oh yeah but
20:35
so I pay attention to those sometimes but there was some people who would say you know I I thought I would get more information about each car and this one
20:42
and I said you know I did think about doing a video in kind of a documentary form but I just didn't want to yeah people have done very good job with
20:49
Corvette documentaries out there this is for YouTube I want to highlight the driving of the car in one day and really
20:55
talking about what I'm feeling in real time because I could talk about the feel from memory with many of these but being
21:01
able to do it in real time and remind you and just talk live about what am I feeling now yeah what am I seeing now
21:06
yeah that's really what I wanted to highlight so the knowledge was there and I had a lot of it that I spoke you know
21:12
obviously you cut a lot of it and edit so there was a lot of specs and things like that that didn't make it into the final edit sure all right so here's a
21:19
good question tell me what your favorite generation was to drive and what was your least favorite generation to draw
21:24
boy that is tough because I like all of them for different reasons but to be honest I've really fallen in love all
21:31
over again with the C4 Corvette recently really what highlighted that for me was
21:36
shifting from the C3 and getting directly into the C4 and how different
21:42
that they felt and obviously you know body on frame with the C3 stove but what
21:47
they had to do to the chassis of the C4 to stiffen that yeah to be able to not do the T-top but have the full Target
21:54
top right on the coop if you read about the car and you read stuff that came out in the 80s about when the 84 Corvette
22:01
came out and people talk about how amazing Handler it is but they all say it's very very stiff it is and obviously
22:07
in 85 if you know your Corvette history they started to soften things up a little bit to make it a little more easy but I've really fallen in love with how
22:14
unique the C4 is because so much went into it and that change from C3 to C4
22:19
it's such a unique animal the wedge shape and in the 80s everything was going crazy with wings and Ferrari
22:25
Testarossa and you had the Countach and like they could have gone that route and they kept it so plain it was about
22:32
chasing aerodynamics and speed and of course they got that huge speed record with what was at the Sledgehammer the
22:38
sledgehammer from Callaway and that is attributed to obviously their engineering but the core design of the
22:43
C4 and it's aerodynamics yeah and I've really fallen in love with that simple shape was there one that you didn't like
22:49
or what was the one that you felt like you know I can pass on this one you know I hate to say this because I love the C5
22:55
I fell in love with the C5 I helped my mom pick out that C5 a couple years ago we drove down to Joplin Missouri and
23:01
bought it but I love the C5 I fell in love with the C5 when I first saw one but now that we have all the generations
23:08
in front of us I would probably jump straight to C6 now I understand that the
23:13
C5 and C6 have a lot of similarities I do think there is much improved from a
23:18
feel standpoint in the C6 the shifter is much better I enjoy the steering feel in
23:24
the car but this E5 was huge because they did the transaxle right so to say it's my least favorite to drive would be
23:29
I don't know if I would say that what I would say it's just maybe the one least necessary for me to drive I would jump
23:35
straight from C4 to C5 I think they were really doing the transaxle well at that moment yeah and you still had a true
23:41
power steering setup it wasn't electronic yet and you could still feel all of those things that was good in the
23:47
C5 but I think it all just fit a little better in the C6 nips and Tucks yeah gotcha did you have any problems when
23:54
you're making this video to be honest none of us could believe how pretty much problem-free the shoot went we were so
24:00
blessed I couldn't believe at the end of the day we had so few issues we did have a little bit of a rain shower in the
24:06
middle really the way we found it you wouldn't know watching the video the way we found it is I started out first thing in the morning it's really sunny out
24:12
yeah I drove C1 through C4 okay and then we took a break we had lunch and then
24:18
while all the owners and and everyone was eating we parked all eight cars out front and I went ahead and filmed the
24:24
conclusion which is really where I get into more if you don't make it all the way through the I know it's a long video so if you don't make it to the end I'd
24:31
talk a lot about more specs and things like that as I go through the cars at the end and getting all eight cars in
24:37
frame which was difficult to do in a way where they all look beautiful we did that in the middle of the day okay and
24:43
so I found the conclusion in the middle and then afterward I drove C5 through C8 to finish that it was much more cloudy
24:49
then but you could tell it'd been sunny at sunburn all over my face I know I looked exhausted at the end of it
24:54
shooting it that way was the toughest but it worked out we were so glad that's good was there any Corvette that you'd
25:00
wanted to drive but didn't get a chance to I thought about that there was a couple that I tried to get I really to
25:05
be honest and this is a small complaint I'm getting to drive eight Corvettes in one day I wanted more color I really wanted to have like a yellow or an
25:12
orange or something that was a little more off because I had a lot of black and a lot of red I wanted something that was a bright color to kind of break up
25:19
the way it all looked in the shoot but that's a small that's a small thing for sure it really is well all in all it
25:24
really worked out good and you mentioned this the video is an hour and eight minutes long but you know what I've
25:30
watched it multiple times and I breezed right through it it didn't feel like that to me good to hear buddy let's take
25:36
our final break when we get back we'll wrap things up here I have Adam Moline who drove eight Corvettes all eight

29:36
with me is Adam Moline from drive it out on YouTube Adam drove all eight generations of Corvette in one single
29:44
day in this final segment we're going to kind of wrap things up Adam now that the video is done and published in
29:50
retrospect was there anything you wish that you had included in the video that maybe isn't there now you get shooting
29:55
in the video you get filming you're out there filming all day and of course you're going to forget to say some things you wanted to say and you're
30:00
going to think of new things to say that you hadn't planned on getting it done and watching the video I really wish I
30:06
would have highlighted more the approachability of Corvettes I mentioned it at the in so we filmed at least
30:11
Summit Total Auto Care in Lee's Summit Missouri and I'm so thankful to them shout out to them for letting us film there they're not open on Sundays and so
30:17
he's like hey you can have the lot and I was like that's great I need a space where I can frame eight cars together and it worked out because you know it's
30:24
a station that was built about 40 years ago it's kind of right in the middle of what Corvette from beginning to end and
30:30
what it really highlights that I wish I would have talked more about is the approachability of Corvettes how they
30:35
are an approachable way to get into a Supercar performance yeah and they really are and so being able to Aspire
30:42
to have a Corvette and then realize you know I can work on this thing a little bit that's special there are cars out
30:47
there that you could aspire to as we all as kids had Ferraris and Lamborghinis and stuff on our wall Corvettes are
30:53
approachable to own because you can get them worked on easily it's a Chevy it's a Chevrolet it's a small block V8 push
31:01
route V8 what a great fantastic design keep it simple yep it's reliable and you
31:07
know what you can have your guy down history to help you out exactly you know it is a Chevrolet and compared to
31:13
Porsche Lamborghini Ferrari McLaren when you need that fixed it's going to cost you an arm and a leg but at the end of
31:20
the day a Corvette is a Chevrolet and it can still go to your Chevrolet dealership absolutely some people hear
31:25
that who are very into other European cars we'll take that as an egg I said no that's not a negative I actually enjoy
31:30
the way that a Corvette is because it actually allows there to be a community around them right and here in America we
31:37
love the Corvette so much and it's part of the way that the Corvette love passes On to the Next Generation right what
31:43
other car are you going to talk about where two three four generations behind you are familiar with the vehicle and
31:49
just the way that you can come together around Corvette is so unique absolutely you know if there was somebody that did
31:54
a marketing thing and I don't know if it was for Corvette or Chevrolet but they said imported from Detroit and I thought
32:00
that was really cool I wish they'd use that for Corvette that would be really really cool that's Stellar was there a
32:06
generation of the Corvette as you drove them on that Sunday that really really surprise you in a good way to be honest
32:11
the C7 really the C3 did surprise me some because you hear a lot of people talk about it they went so down on Power
32:17
and like no the C3 is great to drive yeah to look out of and have that feeling of that long Hood out there and
32:23
it's just so cool to look at those Coke bottles but the C7 really so I just go to this point the only C7 I had driven
32:29
was a Z06 oh and that's just tons of power that's my buddy who I actually went with him to the Corvette museum to
32:35
take Museum delivery of a 2019 Z06 inside been behind the wheel of that car a couple times and in the passenger seat
32:41
having a lot of fun but I had not driven a base C7 and I was pleasantly surprised
32:47
with it because I knew all right this is still the traditional setup Transmission in the back the engine in the front but they've added some technology here with
32:53
the engine as you've gone past C6 and I tell you what the refinements are great you have electronic systems steering now
33:00
or whatever yeah but I didn't care at all when I was driving that car I still feel like I felt quite a bit enough
33:06
information back into my fingertips were it was sufficient efficient yeah which was surprising I thought it would feel
33:12
more numb than it did and it didn't it felt great once you pushed the car you're like okay you can feel the car
33:18
settle you can feel the car getting into the zone and it felt great oh yeah it's
33:23
Nimble it's agile but when you want to get on it it'll get on it for you yes absolutely was there a car or a
33:29
generation that really kind of impressed you with all the upgrades that they did from the previous to the next it has to
33:35
be the C4 I talk about how my love for that has kind of been reinvigorated but as a teenager and the C5 came out and I
33:42
just I really loved the C5 and the body got bigger and it just looked wider on its haunches and more aggressive and I
33:48
kind of let C4 in the back of my brain and it was just kind of old news there for many years but my first ride ever in
33:54
a Corvette was in a c4 I believe it was a 94. it was just a black it was a base model yeah and I was 12 or 13 years old
34:01
my dad had a friend who had one and asked him if he'd take me for a ride and going that fast that low to the ground
34:07
for the first time yeah was just just an amazing amazing experience it gets you
34:12
addicted like that absolutely but the C4 most definitely the changes from the C3
34:17
super are so huge they kind of speak for themselves they really do two cars in two different worlds talk about what
34:23
you've owned Corvette wise or your family so I had that C6 that was my first Corvette I have had I'm sitting
34:28
here I'm 37 years old I've had 23 cars the cars have been my thing I buy and
34:34
sell them a lot I turned into a thing I help friends buy and sell their cars and so I've owned a lot but for years since I want I'm gonna get the Corvette
34:40
eventually but I've been through Camaros and Firebirds and Mustangs and all kinds of things I've owned eight Hondas and
34:47
lots of cars trucks but finally got that C6 Corvette 2016 is when I bought it
34:53
nice absolutely loved it I knew I would I bought it in Albuquerque New Mexico drove it all the way home it was
34:59
fantastic my friend Brad who I went to Corbett museum for his Museum delivery of the 2019 Z06 I flew to Denver in 2016
35:06
picked him up took him to Albuquerque with me because we wanted to be together when I bought my Corvette and drove him
35:11
back to Denver and I drove home with my dad this is a very special thing that is the only Corvette I have specifically owned my mom has had hers it's always
35:18
been the car yeah I mean your mom has the C5 so she actually just sold that one as well we're both in between
35:25
Corvettes right now okay we're definitely looking for our next one but I am immature I'm definitely shopping for my next Corvette what's going to be
35:31
the next one to be honest I think I might fall for the C4 and get one they're so quirky I'd really love to
35:38
have a 96 with the manual transmission in the lt4 yeah maybe pick one up before they go too wild I would really love to
35:45
have one C4s are quirky but I think I'm ready for C4 ownership there you go I
35:50
hope you get one tomorrow who knows I'd obviously love a C8 yeah those are amazing cars too buddy let's talk about
35:56
your social media and contacts and how they can get a hold of you talk about drive it out where they can find it
36:01
recently I finally got the website fully functional so driveitout.com will kind of shoot you to anything you need to but
36:07
it's always anywhere you find us it's driving out all one word you just kind of push it together so youtube.com drive
36:13
it out we've been doing videos for about three years and we've got over 100 videos now we try to go to a lot of car
36:19
shows and do quick walk around reviews as well we will be at the SEMA show coming up in a month and we really enjoy
36:25
the SEMA show yeah you see such unique things there that's a great place to see amazing and unique Corvettes absolutely
36:30
for sure but we are on Facebook we are Instagram is really a good place to find us we're trying to dip our toe into the
36:37
podcast world but it's in the infant stages and we're working on it we'll get better over time in the future I really
36:43
hope to do a lot more with drive it out so drive it out not only means drive it out from the example I gave with my son
36:48
earlier but I think we're moving into times and generations where the next Generations people aren't as interested
36:54
in driving themselves and being controlled so drive it out really means to push on into the future and appreciating the Driving Experience the
37:01
independence and the freedom that comes with it not taking it for granted I think I always want to put people back
37:06
into the mindset that they were in when they're I think about when you were 15 and you hadn't driven yet yeah and all
37:13
these thoughts of grandeur you had of freedom and Independence and making your own decisions and getting out of the house and all of those things here in
37:19
the United States we get our driver's license at 16 and so I remember those thoughts at 15. as we go on in life we
37:25
age we become numb to those things that we originally thought about so drive it out is about preserving the love of the
37:30
driving experience in this Corvette video in particular you know that's why we didn't talk a lot about the stats and
37:36
specs those are out there you can read a brochure you can find those and many people who are Corvette fans who would listen to this know their Corvettes
37:42
really well right and I love that about Corvette fandom I really want to talk about the feel yeah because I think
37:49
that's something the Next Generation could miss out on if we don't pass that on very definitely buddy thank you so much for being on Corva today I really
37:56
appreciate the time best of luck with driving out the video on the eight generations of Corvette was fantastic
38:01
thank you so much thank you so much for having me on and thank you again to everybody who helped out with the video
38:07
all the Corvette owners so how of the place where we could film in my crew John and Cole they put so much time and
38:12
effort drive it out would be nothing without them I'm just happened to be the guy in front of the camera yeah thanks
